Description of the problem

Missing documentation for a good portion of the physics available in Lethe.

Description of the solution

Added documentation to a few physics:
- Heat transfer
- Cann-Hilliard method
- Electromagnetism

Future changes

Heat transfer documentation could still benefit from a description of the laser physics from the powder project.
Heat transfer documentation still lack a section on stabilization of the FEM formulation.

It's a bit weird that this PR does not start the documentation CI. I'm a bit confused by that. Can you confirm that the new files compile without warning? :)

Everything compile on my computer without issue. I don't see anything in the doc-github-pages.yml where I would have broke the path. I will continue to investigate.
