Structure "io_information" in dem.cc #1177

A structure "io_information" could be used in dem.cc for methods that use the same inputs. For example:

particles_force_chains_object->write_force_chains( parameters, particles_pvdhandler_force_chains, this->mpi_communicator, folder, group_files, iter, time)
