Removing netroot-kdumplinks as it is not useful for the RHEL7 kdump. #1

netroot-kdumplinks is no longer useful due to the fact that RHEL7 uses systemd (kdumpctl) to control how kdump is executed. The links created by netroot-kdumplinks are useless for RHEL7.
