Implement e1000 driver for Intel Pro 1000 NICs #161

This will make it easy to support networking in virtualized machines running e.g. VirtualBox.

The Minix e1000 driver - this one is a good starting point since Minix is by nature more similar to chaos than all the monolithic systems
FreeBSD e1000 driver (seems to be written by Intel themselves)
NetBSD wm(4) driver (developed by Wasabi Systems)

I have a WIP branch with this that I started yesterday, but it's nowhere near being finished. If someone wants to pick it up, let me know and I'll give you the details. Otherwise, I might complete it "any year now". 😉
