  1. create with blade create dubbo delay --time 190000 --service com.xxx.yy.loan.api.merchant.service.PaService--methodname queryPartnerAppInfo --provider --pid 17132 -d
  2. check chaos log 2023-06-14 15:14:33 INFO command: create, request: {"headers":{},"params":{"action":"delay","suid":"a5c146343795583d","target":"dubbo"}} 2023-06-14 15:14:33 ERROR the model action predicate failed. target: dubbo, action: delay
