make material factory configurable #109

This issue is about making material factory configurable for users. The backend 
for configuring it is already there. Probably just need some minor fixes and, 
most important, putting it all in gui.

I could imagine a new "Shader" tab just for this.

gui now has a slider for shaders (0 to 1) that controls normal maps, env maps, 
shadow receivers, fresnel effect, wind effect, terrain lightmap.
