Ok it looks like the funny sky position moving was caused by something else
(HUD viewport broke it, fixed now)
But still, everything in preViewportUpdate (except HUD) seems to be 1 frame
delayed, and is not correct for multiple viewports (i.e. multiple local players)

Also left for splitscreen:
Create weather particle systems for each player in split screen, and update
during drive. Need to show only 1 player's weather particles in each viewport.

Ok so just to put here:
- Skybox issue
- Weather particles for each viewport
also (too difficult to even touch and too fps consuming)
- water reflection (is from 1st player)
- impostors (could probably be fixed with HW instancing)
