Update Ubuntu ppa for oneiric packages #150

The https://launchpad.net/~stuntrally-team/+archive/stable repository could not 
build the stuntrally game for the oneiric distro.

Looks like the build process has missing dependencies.

This is known and I've previously removed the link to that PPA from the 
Packages wiki page to reflect the fact that the ppa is out-dated. The root 
cause is a change in our MyGUI version requirement, which cannot anymore be 
satisfied with the previously used ogredev ppa.

I've tried to create a MyGUI package for us on my own, but failed and haven't 
been too enthusiastic to continue as I find packaging painful and this is not 
that critical anymore as we now have portable Linux binaries. I'm leaning 
towards leaving Ubuntu packaging for playdeb.net.
