Update blendmap after deform #164

Currently you need to hit F9 after every terrain tool 
(deform/height/smooth/filter). To see the layer blending updated (from angles 
and height).
The point is to do it auto, and eliminate F9 completely.

Done. Will push when I get internet back.
Also fixed update for height-dependent layers.
Works fast until brush size 64. For big brush sizes it is much slower than 
without it (eg. 9fps).
Thus I made gui checkbox (and alt-F9) to on/off auto blendmap update, so manual 
(F9) is still needed.
