Road materials, more #166

The hard edge between road materials is awful. Would be nice to have some blend 
texture with factor that would mix both materials. So one segment there would 
be blending 2 materials.

Once its done we urgently need per road segment (per bullet triangle, how?) 
surface id for simulation. Since now its only 1 surface for whole road in track.

Also if it works, it should be easy to do and would look very nice, if all the 
road would be blended (just like terrain layers), always eg. between 2 
materials (1st- base road, and some noise factor texture to blend the 2nd- with 
some random detail on road).
