Crash trying to calibrate joystick #173

OSuKaRu reported an issue on IRC. The game crashes when trying to calibrate a 
joystick (wheel). Deleting keys.xml hides the crash, but only once. I've been 
unable to reproduce. Stack trace here: http://pastebin.com/VHmDfzVZ and

Platform Ubuntu, SR version 1.6 (from playdeb).
