Icons, ed back img

I know this is really low prio, but would be nice to have 
a) an icon (instead of the boring visual studio icon)
b) a splash screen, almost not required since loading takes 2 seconds.

what do u think ?

ico yeah, I didnt find time in 2 years to do it, and I know how.
Some background image in installer would be cool too, but I don't know it that 
good yet. Splashscreen no imo, we already have pics in game. Scrawl suggested 
hints during loading, for me not needed but maybe useful?

b) splash screen in editor - yes, at start a background image (like that pic in 
game), but never in other window

Ed splash screen would be bad. 1s loading with solid background like in game, 
then it would appear, then track loads and shows.
It only makes sense if you don't use auto load, which is default and I use it 
always. It would be disturbing not useful, unless a small logo not full screen 
background, but I'm not for any of those. Closing.
