Start in main menu #191

Would be nicer if the editor starts up with the menu screen (Editor Help 
Options). Of course, more convenient if you start up and it bumps you into your 
last track design.
Maybe can make an option under option|settings "Start with menu" which is 
default for new installations, so new user not so lost.
Just an idea.

True, scrawl wanted it too in game. I ofc would need a checkbox for it, since I 
like it how it is.
