1. More tire-surface Sounds.
The more the better (more realistic, and detailed), one should hear what wheels are doing.
Already gathered some from http://www.freesound.org/browse/ need to edit somewhat.
Ideally each surface should have a different sound (depending on slip, slide).

2. Ambient background sounds on track, like: rain, wind, shore waves, forest
with birds etc.
For all that have rain, strong wind for D12,T5,W10, all forest, jungle, moss with some nature sounds.
Will be in ogg since are big.
All sounds are loaded at game start (somewhat wasted time, especially when developing).
Needs a checkbox on sound tab to disable.

3. Car turbo sound, better engine sounds.
Turbo has to be similar to real ones and enjoyable not annoying.
I quite like this one:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-g7XUQyxKrI&feature=player_detailpage#t=106s
and the one in RBR.

4. Sound in replay from multiplayer is broken
Something is wrong when saving (car rpm, tires) from car sim or in frame,
causing random slide sounds, also tire trails have random alpha.

5. Win applause and loose sound. Maybe some more general sounds, start or lap
finish sound?

6. Effects. Reverb. Maybe doppler if easy.
IDK what's easier though. Implement them in code, or change the sound system to
one that has them (an open source one ofc).
Just found this lately http://kcat.strangesoft.net/openal.html, no idea if good.
Then also change reverb parameters (delay, feedback etc) according to terrain,
eg. in cave, near terrain, open terrain.

Ad 6. Will use OpenAL soft, it's great. Already started.
Has easy to use reverb with lots of presets and doppler.
