Add Header Selection Tab #20

Sometimes tabview need to have different tab header text color when selected. This PR make it possible to use different text color in title when selected and unselected

@albilaga @chaosifier I can see we can improve some code. Let me know if I can fix them here or should I make new PR ?

@SagarPanwala I forgot about this PR that I created. It is 1 year ago 😆
You can create new PR based on this as I will close this as this have some conflict on it.
