Show unique ID of mentees and mentors in the grouping interface #15

When trying to work with a group it would be useful to show the user ID.

I don't quite recall what the problem was (and currently don't have an instance running to look it up), but I think this was particularly problematic with similar names. Often we were also only using the user IDs in the pads we used for pre-assignment grouping, since they made it easier to directly go to the user page. When making the final assignment, we then spent a lot of time just looking up user names from the IDs.
