improve updating of mentor/mentee list #18

We noticed that the already assigned users, or the users that were unassigned again, are not updated immediately in the lists. This renders these lists useless when in the process of assigning.

I assume this is to reduce computational effort when the system is running over the entire sign-up/event time. If I am correct, maybe we can have a godmother extra button to increase this rate in the times of assignment, e.g. for a period of 5 hours (so tired godmothers can't forget that they switched the hyper mode on).

This was a bug when updating the state of a person and has been fixed in the recent version of Godmother.
