Add more descriptions to text field(s) #19

Extending the description will help users figure out what to put in ;) e.g. the text in which they write a description, maybe also what qualifies someone to be a mentor, what is expected from a mentor, etc.

Also give users a hint who much text we expect.

I'm working on this combined with #5

created a new branch
translated form declarations
explicitly pointed out that the form can be filled in German or English, start mentioning FAQ on the form page
created faq
the home page still needs translating
