Add a method to filter mentees when editing groups #27

There should be a filter in the "edit group" view, that allows filtering by several specifications, mostly by tag. The view should also filter on mentees that are not part of another group yet, so that it's easy to find unassigned people.

We've implemented that in the latest version of Godmother.
