Not only is the process of contacting a group a lot easier, if we can just select a group and email them rather than copy and pasting together the details from individual profiles. If the sending email is the mailing list, the mentees are more likely to email the list when they respond (and not the sender email), and the senders will not forget to add the mailing list in cc either.

It would be good to also add an option to email subgroups, e.g. all mentors, all mentees, everyone who has not clicked the confirmation email, mentor+mentees of a group.
