I will be attending the Chinese Open Source Conference 2024 (COSCon'24) on November 2-3.

Currently, the website is in Chinese, which may limit its usefulness for the global community seeking information about the event. However, there is an Open Source Evaluation and Data Insights track, where I plan to host a CHAOSSunconference session.

This issue serves to track the proposals, discussion topics, and outcomes for the unconference session.

Any suggestions, ideas, or are interested in participating in COSCon'24, please share your thoughts in this issue.

Based on the audience, the following topics might be of interest:

ISO Standardisation effort (what, where, how) - I can give you a brief overview and help you with socialisation points, perhaps.

The unconference session will take place on November 2nd at 16:00 CST (UTC+8). Link.

The discussion will be divided into two groups:

Open Source Data & Metrics
Standardization & Public Policies

We will issue a call to action during the session, hopefully, the discussions and next steps will be documented and contributed to this repository.
