[Jira] Update documentation #494

Jira dashboards were updated to support counting users depending on their participation in the issue: https://github.com/chaoss/grimoirelab-sigils/issues/378

However, documentation is only partially updated. We need to update:

Screenshots: ensure all of them show the latest dashboard version.
Information about author_type: it is the new field used for duplicating issues and counting users by type of participation.
