Some final guide tweaks before we launch them #37

Fixed the links between the guides to point to the live web link, instead of the now obsolete Google docs, and in general improved the links between the guides.

Re-wrote a section of the landing page. After thinking more about this and seeing it on the website, I thought it would be better to reformat this a bit and have a bulleted list of the guides.
