Replace HTML tags and tables #145

Changes made:

Instead of using the <sup> tag, I have replaced it with square brackets.
The markdown tables are replaced with images

The changes come from the updated metrics template

How did you create the PNG files? How about we include the source in the images repository so that we can edit the tables in the future without re-creating them from scratch?

The table images were simply created by taking screenshots.

Thanks for the suggestion. I added the source for the tables in the images directory.
