Update the schedule on the README. #152

The hours mentioned on the README were not corresponding with the hours from the minutes (as it turns out the meeting was held before I was in the call :disappointed: ) so update it for the future. I hope to be there next time :smiley: !

Hmm, turns out there is even a different time set in the online calendar https://chaoss.community/chaoss-calendar/ :confused: So I have found 3 different times for this meeting: README, minutes, calendar. Which one is it? Perhaps point to one source of truth to prevent this in the future.

@nicorikken Sorry for the confusion. Actual times are every alternative Thursday at 9:00 am central time. Our online calendar and minutes time is correct. Readme needs to be updated. Currently, we are in process of website migration so all changes are frozen. @klumb can accept this RP once the migration is done.

@vinodkahuja no problem, it will all work out fine. I'm now on Slack, and in the Office hours right now, so no problem. I'll join next time.

It looks like this readme was not edited during the repo restructuring. The document should link to the participate page and not have any specific time information

Also @vinodkahuja this PR is not connected to the website migration so it can move forward. However, the readme needs to be edited to match the template.

I recommend we close this PR and do a full edit on the document to align it with the template.
