Support for Azure Databricks clusters/nodes? #124

Hi, all, I don't think now the chaostoolkit-azure supports actions/probes for Azure Databricks clusters/nodes. Then is there a guideline or sample that I can follow to develop this part of extension? Thanks in advance!
