chaos-report.json was renamed #31

As per version https://github.com/chaostoolkit/chaostoolkit-reporting/compare/0.5.2...0.6.0 of the chaostoolkit-reporting repo, chaos-report.json was renamed to journal.json (as shown at: https://github.com/chaostoolkit/chaostoolkit-reporting/issues/9 but wasn't updated within the README.md where the commands stated:

$ chaos report --export-format=html5 chaos-report.json report.html
$ chaos report --export-format=pdf chaos-report.json report.pdf
