use enGB DBC. Give me download link to spanish DBC. take DBCTool and open your ItemSubClass.dbc Look at 11th column If it is empty than All is good

I can be wrong. DBC tool is old. http://collab.kpsn.org/display/tc/ItemClass.dbc+tc2 says that 4-20 columns are string type + loc(alized?) Quice 1.2.60 reads ruRU dbc with localized names. Well now we must find where is code mistake

11-27 displayName String + Loc 28-44 verboseName String + Loc

ruRU uses 19 column and in some id 36 enGB 11 and 28 I don't know how to fix it for now.

test this Truice http://fbe.am/mwQ . Run Configure for your locale. Report if it's working / not working for ruru it works in some parts
