Armor tweaks

Some tweaks for thunder gauntlets and wyrmskin armor to make them more in line with vanilla dda counterparts. I also changed gauntlets and demi- gauntlets to be based on tempered steel mitten gauntlets and demi-gauntlets respectively.

Will do a bit more testing later Edit: seems to work fine

Will likely need an obsoletion entry for the old armored gloves recipe, but I can add that easy enough.
