[X] Added a drop_action to the four main potions, that calls up emit_actor when the potion is spilled on the ground.
[X] Defined emit for the dropped potions, creating a 3x3 cloud of new fields per unit dropped.
[X] Defined the fields for these potions, that grant a steady buildup of the potion's main effect when you stand in it. Allows for dosing up a couple buddies all at once but total effect buildup will most likely be half or less compared to just drinking the potion would give you, assuming the half-life plays nice. Thanks to @KheirFerrum, found out that while fields have to have a bodypart for their effects to target, I can avoid having to edit drinking potions to tether to the torso by having the target be num_bp.
Blast canister changes:
[X] Set blast canisters so that they also gain the option to deploy them as traps. Sadly this required axing the ACT_ON_RANGED_HIT feature.
[X] Removed revert_to from blast canisters in exchange for allowing them to use more options for the container.
[X] Define spellcasting trap entries for each of the four blast canisters.
[x] Define spells for each trap to use. Should match the damage, AoE, and damagetype of each one.
Misc:
[X] Update mod tileset a bit with deployed canisters, vapor fields, also bothered to sprite wavering shadows.
[x] Implement DDA versions of the above.
[X] Add a minor update to Arcana/Cata++ patchmod.
[x] Additional testing and double-checking before merging.
