Set aside for after https://github.com/cataclysmbnteam/Cataclysm-BN/pull/3691 is merged. Adds the new HEAVY_WEAPON_SUPPORT flag to active abyssal armor and updates description, idea being going full Guts with it allows hip-firing heavy weapons.
Also added it to the aura effect gained by casting Manifestation of Strength. One the one hand, it's a post-thresh Dragonblood spell so you won't be too far off from maxing the mutation category out and getting this ability passively from Monstrous Form, but early post-thresh Dragonblood can benefit from having the ability early via a spell and being able to save the spell for just the strength+armor boost when they gain the ability passively later on.
