missing mandatory member "activity_level" #377

Just now fixed in https://github.com/chaosvolt/cdda-arcana-mod/commit/38bd4fb66af2119780b4c128495f25ea03cab019 and starting to check other mods.

I could've SWORN activity level was mandatory for much longer than this, hecc.
