"time" changed to math. #393

Some time stuff is now handled with math since https://github.com/CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA/pull/70996. Beware, there are a lot more changes like this coming soon, I'm afraid. Like here: https://github.com/CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA/pull/71216 Don't like how CleverRaven gets mentions on their end, because of links, is there any way to stop that? It seems it's too late to change the mentions now, sigh.

You can link the Files changed tab but please don't do that. It's best for both of us if we're aware of each other.

There will be a few more changes like this as I consolidate the EOC functions on the new code. You can always ping me if you have trouble, or open a bug report if something doesn't work well in the new system.

Tested running with 71216 and no obvious problem here. Secronom will need to make 9 distance changes when that gets merged.
