ttf-malayalam-font-chilanka is failing to build. PKGBUILD is incorrectly written. Probably all packages have similar issues because same maintainers. Another package has been flagged 7 months. Haven't decided whether to interfere or drop. Metrics 2.

Dropping because fails to build and maintainers MIA. Not adding interfere because fixing would require rewrite (of ten packages). Recommend users download fonts themselves and install to ~/.local/share/fonts.
