[Request] dsnote #2894

Purpose:

Note taking, reading and translating with offline Speech to Text, Text to Speech and Machine Translation. All models are run locally, so it can even be run offline once all the needed train data is downloaded.

Benefits:

This is the release (versioned) build. As far as I know, this is the only package for (Arch) Linux that provides local STT, TTS and translation.

Building:

makepkg

Also tested in a clean chroot:

makechrootpkg -c -r $CHROOT

Depends on Qt5. This can be requested again after it migrates to Qt6. See #3157

Upstream appears actively maintained. Will watch for update to Qt6.
