Notified maintainer of file conflict via comment.

Maintainer ignoring comments since Dec 2023. Now package fails to build. Last successful build is 2024-03-19. Metrics 51.

Package will be dropped if maintainer does not fix package.

Maintainer updated the package, but still have the same error. Planning to drop after making sure the problem isn't on the builder side. Metrics 43.

Update: Build succeeded, so this package survives.
