ArmCord is an open source version of Discord app that prevent also Discord telemetry. The bin package is more stable and updated of the -git version.

I don't think this is right to add. It's 90MB for the release, where armcord-git is only 1.3MB. While it might be more stable, it's not more updated than armcord-git, which is currently building from the newest commit on an hourly basis.

On AUR pages I see that armcord-git has last update to 2023-01-11 while armcord-bin to 2023-03-14.

The AUR page is not relevant to -git versions. It only shows the version that the package was last changed my the maintainer. For example we currently have r786.c151058-1, while the AUR shows r756.81273de-1

Ah... I didn't know this. I thought Chaotic followed the same versioning of the packages in AUR.

It does! On AUR, you would have to recompile git packages to get the newest version while with Chaotic, all the work is done for you already.
