ffmpeg-git is not launching telegram and some other apps as libavcodec.so.58 is no more provided by ffmpeg-git

Request to remove ffmpeg-compat-58.

• It is not currently in the chaotic-aur repository. Problems building or something?

  $ pacman -Ss ffmpeg-compat
  chaotic-aur/ffmpeg-compat-57 3.4.11-1.1
      Compatibility package for ffmpeg to provide versions 57 of libavcodec, libavdevice and libavformat, not anymore provided by the ffmpeg

• No package currently in the official or chaotic-aur repositories require it. All packages requiring libav*.so allow up to version 64.
• community/telegram-desktop, chaotic-aur/forkgram, and chaotic-aur/telegram-desktop-bin-dev all work fine without it, including audio and video streaming.
