Portal Redesign #11

This is for any/all of the portal pages, creatures, mugic, battlegear etc

[x] Category page grid
[ ] Content Scroll Over Image
[ ] (fix) When loading new content, have it display image instead of being pre-scrolled
[ ] (optional) scroll navbar to current selected creature

Children of page is children (navigating to a page via its "none" selection).

When in a category page without a selected child (example portal/Creatures), instead of blank "entry_content" display a grid of the children thumbnails (entry_nav alternative). Then use the entry_nav when content is displayed.
