Decoding video failed. #48

Error: loading video data/hmdb51/mpeg4_videos/turn/SoundAndTheStory_turn_u_nm_np1_ba_med_1.mp4 failed. Could not allocate video parser context Decoding video failed.

Hi unfortunately I haven't met this issue before and I don't have a good suggestion here. I added a label to ask for community help. Hopefully people who met this issue before could help.
