updateInterval is always started, even if first scan is not successful #11

when https://github.com/chaozmc/ioBroker.oekofen-json/blob/861e6206bb5318152ae3eaf911901cf721be46d1/main.js#L111 the axios get runs in an error, the updateInterval will be started though.
