This test fails occasionally in the fast configuration:

studies/hpcc/HPL/vass/bl.md.chpl

To reproduce:

start_test test/studies/hpcc/HPL/vass/bl.md.chpl --numtrials 5000 --compopts --fast

Or, also add --no-denormalize to compopts. It has been seen to fail in <1000 trials.

The JIRA mentioned indicates that this failure is not reproducible on all of our testing boxes
