Rename Folder Name "Flutter" to "Dart"

To avoid confusion and cater to developers who use Dart without necessarily working with Flutter, I suggest renaming the existing folder labeled "flutter" to "dart". flutter is framework not a programming language. Thank you for considering this change, which will enhance clarity and inclusivity within the repository.

53 are you only developing using dart or flutter too ?

@chapimenge3 Yeah I sometimes work with Aqueduct and Angel, which are other dart frameworks used for server-side development. so it's better to call it dart rather than flutter. let's make it more general and inclusive.

okay i think we need code level change for this. like convert the json file for category to an object(dictionary)
