This needs to be handled by the repo owner @chapmanb. #141 seems related.

@wumuyao1996 if the error in #138 is blocking your progress, I added a workaround in the issue description. It should work unless you need any features only available in Biopython >=1.82.

So sorry about the delay on this. I really appreciate the fixes and have merged and uploaded a new version v0.7.1. Please let us know if you run into any other issues.
