add recipe for pindel #12

I have a doubt: I don't know which is the best way to pass the include folder to the INSTALL script. So, let me know if there is a better way (something tell me that there is a better way)

Lorena -- thanks so much for this. I adjusted to use the new pindel GitHub tag and explicitly use samtools 0.1.19 and it's building cleanly for me now. Thanks for getting this going.
