Are there any good ideas on how to advertise that a page supports fragmentions, for example, with an icon or logo, or styled text?

How can we make it easier for users to create them? Ideas:

Override right-click when text is selected, and add option "Link to this text"
Show a form where users can paste text and generate fragmention link with javascript.
