[DEFECT] The add permission feature on signage.chapman for signs and slides is not functioning. #184

Tested "add owner" feature successfully on Chrome, Safari and Firefox browsers

@tatwell I switched it to use modules, I just had to add one URL variable because the ajax url is a little different for signs and slides.
