Sorry, I'm not interested in making such menu. You're welcomed to make your own addon if you like.

Can I use your code if I start to make an addon?

Definitely, that's the point why I'm putting it in Github, so that anyone can fork it and make it into the kind of addon that works for their requirements. I currently do not have the time or energy to enhance this addon, my goal is simply having an alternative to the rather slow panorana view, and so far I feel like having achieved it.
