App hotkeys interfering with AltGr combinations #214

Hello! There is an issue where app hotkeys (Ctrl+S; Ctrl+L, Ctrl+T, etc) mixing with AltGr combinations which are used for extended Latin input in European languages. Other apps not registering Ctrl+... hotkeys when Ctrl+Alt+... or RightAlt+... used.
