New Features

Tabbed interface for Windows 11 theme (other themes may get it at a later date, this took a lot longer to implement than I anticipated so didn't get around to doing them)
- Middle click in font list to open in background tab
- Shift + Middle click in font list to open in a tab and select the new tab
- Ctrl + Middle click in font list to open in a new window
- Double click tab to close
- Drag tab outside tab bar to open in new window
